Favorite restaurant is Cracker Barrel and I always get the Sunrise Special (includes: 2 eggs, bacon, ham, hash browns, bisques n’ gravy, grits and fried apples)

I will have to say Don Maurice because he is a Michigan fan and they are becoming extinct so it may be worth something someday.
